The position is guest facing, taking orders, input into POS and consistent preparation of menu items in accordance with The New Orleans Lawn Tennis Club specifications. Must adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Prep and Line experience Required. A positive attitude is a must. Must be efficient and be able to work with a small team. Teamwork and great communications are essential. References required. Computer knowledge is preferred. Must be outgoing and courteous. AM or PM.
