JOB SUMMARY As a member of the shipping and receiving department, you'll be involved in the shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies. Collaborating with Quality, Customer Service representatives, Manufacturing & Purchasing staff to ensure smooth operations.
Role and Responsibilities: - Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
- Coordinates the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
- Tracks, traces, and provide updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
- Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
- Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
- Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
Requirements: - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2-4 years of Manufacturing experience
- Basic PC skills
- Be willing to work more than 40 hours a week to meet tight deadlines
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date
- Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is preferred.
