Our client is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join their team. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the upkeep of 277 units in Anderson, SC. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Job Title: Maintenance SpecialistLocation: Anderson, SCPay Range: $21.00 per hourWhat's the Job? Perform skilled routine and preventive maintenance work on 277 units Responsible for a variety of repair assignments depending upon seasonal and workload demands Repair activities in carpentry, appliance repair, electrical repair, plumbing repair, sheet rock repair, and painting Perform site duties and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy when necessary Train in other areas if qualified in some aspects of the jobWhat's Needed?
