This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex benefit programs while building strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.
Job Duties:
- Lead strategic benefit program planning and manage full renewal cycles independently
- Facilitate client renewals and negotiations while coordinating with Risk Advisors and Client Risk Analysts
- Build and maintain key relationships with clients and carrier partners
- Develop and deliver client training programs and provide ongoing legislative/compliance updates
- Proactively identify solutions and serve as a strategic resource for client benefit needs
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience managing employee benefits for large clients (100+ lives) with self-funding expertise
- Wisconsin Life and Health insurance license (must maintain)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with insurance carrier systems, products and plan designs
- Strong understanding of agency management systems
