HIRING VIRTUAL AND/OR HYBRID SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS NOW!
We are seeking virtual/hybrid Speech-Language Pathologists for School-Based Assignments in Richmond, CA to join our team in assessing, treating, and managing speech-language caseloads of all grade levels. Roles Inclusive school site, collaborative SpEd team & staff, average to below-average caseload size - it's a perfect position!
The role can be made available as a full-time or part-time position and can be performed entirely remotely. There is potential for additional compensation for staff able to perform screeners and administer student Speech and Language assessments on-site approximately once monthly

Responsibilities :
  • Provide evidence-based therapy plans, goals, and therapeutic treatment for speech/language disorders.
  • Evaluate and implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders.
  • Case Management for students on caseload
  • Attend, facilitate, and write legally compliant/defensible IEPs
  • Provide supervision for a CF or SLPA if needed or as appropriate.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Attend training as requested, collaborate, and provide support to other SPED teachers/specialists as well as GE staff.
Qualifications:
  • REQUIRED: Current SLP License valid in the state of California
  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Able to work in the California time zone (PST)
  • Experience supervising SLP Assistant (SLPA)
  • Familiarity with administering virtual assessments
  • Experience with Case Management, IEP Writing, & SEIS
  • Knowledge of California Special Education law & regulations
  • Must have a strong desire to work with a wide array of populations
  • Exercise good judgment in prioritization - complete assigned tasks without supervision
  • Ability to build rapport with staff
  • Excellent written skills and efficient verbal communication at all organizational levels
  • Positive and collaborative demeanor.

Offering a compensation rate of $47 - $55 per hour
