The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of complex legal matters, with a primary emphasis on securities law and compliance. This includes serving as the legal advisor on various securities regulations, overseeing all securities-related filings, and advising on disclosure controls and procedures. The role also involves providing legal support for M&A transactions, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, and ensuring the company's legal and corporate governance policies are in line with regulatory requirements. Applicants for the Senior Corporate Counsel position at the company should have a J.D. and a bachelor's degree from U.S. accredited institutions, with a minimum of 4 years' post-J.D. experience in a corporate and securities legal capacity.
