CNC Set-Up Technician

$22-$25/Hour

Job Description:

Set up various CNC machines including Swiss, Star, Moris, and Hass to produce precision parts.

Focus on achieving acceptable first piece inspection by meticulously configuring CNC machines.

Learn and adapt to the setup requirements of Computer Numeric Controlled Machines.

Utilize mechanical skills for machine setups, including the use of tools and measuring equipment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in setting up CNC machines, specifically Swiss, Star, Moris, and Hass.

Proficient in mechanical setups, including the use of tools and measuring equipment.

Ability to learn and adapt to the setup procedures of Computer Numeric Controlled Machines.

Ownership or willingness to purchase Vernier Calipers and eye loops for part measurement and inspection
