The ideal candidate will have extensive clinical experience in healthcare, specifically as a provider and or director.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to staff
• Guarantee employee adherence to policies and quality standards
• Formulate strategies to aid the integrity and growth of each practice
• Assist in the comprehensive planning of patients care
• Evaluate employee performance and employees work morale
• Train personal when necessary to maintain quality patient care
• Monitor compliance with legal guidelines

Skills

• Minimum of 2yrs experience working as a Doctor (primary care preferred)
• MA in relative field
• 2yrs experience working in an EMR system
• Knowledge of current healthcare guidelines and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Positive attitude that promotes teamwork and comradery

Compensation details: 220000-230000 Yearly Salary
