As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a key role in delivering a deep understanding of our customers, their behaviors, and their needs. You will conduct high-impact research aligned with company priorities to drive business insights. You will lead research initiatives to explore brand affinity, customer challenges, behaviors, motivations, and needs, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will foster strong relationships with fellow researchers as well as stakeholders across Marketing and other departments to ensure collaboration and alignment.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct research using a variety of tools and methods to develop actionable insights and recommendations. Advocate for end-users by ensuring their needs are well-understood and reflected in strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact research opportunities and address gaps in understanding, providing insights to drive value.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on strategic plans and address their needs.
- Mentor and support other researchers by sharing expertise, offering consultation, and providing training.
- Stay current on research methods, tools, and innovations to continuously enhance the quality and communication of research efforts.

- In-depth knowledge of diverse research methodologies (e.g., qualitative interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, ethnographic studies) and their applications at various product lifecycle stages
- Strong data synthesis and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to present research findings to stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for user needs and influence decision-making
- Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company
- Regular and predictable attendance
