What You’ll Do:

Drive Growth:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, cold calls, and warm leads.
  • Expand existing client relationships by providing exceptional service and uncovering additional opportunities.
  • Partner with senior leadership to negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.

Build Relationships:

  • Forge lasting connections with decision-makers and key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Conduct in-person demos and presentations to showcase JPP’s value.
  • Be the go-to expert for client needs, acting as a trusted advisor and liaison.

Achieve Results:

  • Meet and exceed individual revenue and performance targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Monitor key metrics like job orders created, placements made, and gross margin achieved.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and credentialing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven Experience: 3-5 years in sales, new business development, and account management within the pharmacy or healthcare staffing industry.
  • Skills That Shine: Top-notch presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Go-Getter Attitude: Enthusiastic, competitive, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Team Player: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of trends and challenges in pharmacy and healthcare staffing.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
