Essential Functions:
- Power boost sourcing and recruitment initiatives to staff open positions, including posting job ads and managing job boards, communication with hiring managers, phone screens, initial interviews, acute evaluation of applicants, forging opinions and keeping a pulse on proactive sourcing
- Build pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks, and targeted community outreach
- Set up onboarding of care professionals and help monitor 30-60-90 day engagement
- Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Education, Experience, and Location
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience in a full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
- Industry Experience: Home Care or related preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
