A nonprofit services organization in New York City is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join one of their Article 29i clinics in the Bronx as a Program Director. In this role, the Program Director will be responsible for delivering integrated health and behavioral health services to children and families within the foster care system.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinic operations and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team
• Develop program policies and drive continuous improvement
• Manage resources and maintain external partnerships
• Occasionally provide direct clinical services
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Clinical experience
• Master's in Social Work
• NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Previous experience in a Leadership and/or Supervisory role

• Experience with Foster Care populations
