Marketing Account Executive at Manifest Digital Solutions

Location:  Bozeman, MT (Cannery District office preferred, or within driving distance for client meetings)

Salary Range:  $65,000 - $80,000 DOE

Role Summary 

We are seeking a Marketing Account Executive to act as a strategic lead for our diverse portfolio of marketing clients. This individual will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with internal experts and contractors to ensure successful project execution. The Marketing Account Executive will play a key role in strategic planning, client communication, and reporting, while also working closely with the owner and project manager to manage project scopes and delegated work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead on client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for strategic planning and account management.
  • Develop strategic project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources in collaboration with the project manager to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
  • Review performance against KPIs and refine strategy for improvement.
  • Create and maintain creative briefs, reports, and deliverables.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business goals.
  • Lead strategic account planning sessions quarterly and annually with the internal team, assessing client requirements and recommending marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client goals are met and that projects exceed quality standards.
  • Participate in client calls and meetings to provide updates, share insights, and maintain strong client relationships.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Crucially curious and able to identify and solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic plans and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven approach to strategic marketing programs and decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


Required Skills

  • Ability to create strategic project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing channels including social, email & CRM, paid advertising & analytics.
  • Experience in managing resources and collaborating with project managers to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients, with a focus on aligning solutions to their business goals.
  • Experience in leading strategic account planning and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and contractors.
  • Excellent organizational skills to proactively manage accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
