About the Role: In this role you know the ins and outs of the business so you can assist customers with questions related to the client services and the full shipment lifecycle from factory floor to customer door! You will answer questions via phone, email, chat, and social media enabling customers to make effective use of our platform.
Pay Rate: $24.50/hour
Key Responsibilities:

- Be able to properly prioritize and manage a large volume of tasks with excellent attention to detail.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guided workflows - when in doubt about action to take, you will receive guidance from your Team Manager
- Communicate Effectively: Regularly communicate with the Support Manager and direct Manager on merchant tickets, providing updates on ticket status and presenting a weekly summary of pending tickets and open issues from merchant.
- Merchant Compliance Advocacy: Engage with sales/account management teams on merchant compliance issues, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations
- Issue Resolution Oversight: Be accountable for tracking open ageing support tickets across the Fulfillment Center (FC) and act as an onsite escalation contact when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution
- SLA Compliance: Take responsibility for ensuring that all merchant tickets receive a prompt response and resolution, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) where appropriate.
- Partnership Building: Maintain a productive working relationship with account management teams and all partners involved in the supply chain.
- Educational Role: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to educate warehouse associates on the effective use of support systems for problem resolution, contributing to a knowledgeable and efficient team.
- Work throughout the warehouse in other job functions to learn more about the client fulfillment business.
Key Requirements: •Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar environment;
•High school diploma or a GED;
•Must be reliable, flexible, have good time-management skills and have the ability to work at a steady pace;
•Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively empathize and prioritize the needs of a diverse customer base;
•Effective communication both verbally and in writing (English);
•Teamwork and relationship building skills;
•Problem-solving capabilities;
•Lift up to 50 pounds;
•Push utility cards up to 60 pounds;
•Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts;
•Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around;
•Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards.
