Responsibilities - Interacting with patients as the first point of contact (face-to-face, phone calls, emails)
- Answering phones, scheduling patients, and confirming upcoming appointments
- Organizing and updating patient records
- Welcoming and checking-in patients as they enter the office.
- Updating and maintaining the database
- Receiving and processing payments
- Additional administrative tasks or responsibilities, as needed.
Requirements - At least one year of front office or direct customer service experience
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
- Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.
- Passionate about healthcare excellence.
