Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (1st Shift)
Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to address product availability and shipping issues

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
