Job Description: The HR Coordinator supports human resource operations, manages confidential records, and provides excellent customer service as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities: - Support recruitment and onboarding (scheduling, ATS data entry, background checks, job offers).
- Administer candidate assessments and testing for safety-sensitive positions.
- Maintain confidential personnel records and HR documentation.
- Provide customer service, responding to HR inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist with presentations, meetings, and HR programs.
Minimum Qualifications: - 2+ years in administrative, recruiting, or HR-related roles.
- Experience handling sensitive/confidential information.
- Strong public speaking, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with ATS (iCIMS, PeopleSoft) and full-cycle recruitment.
- Familiarity with Zoom/Teams for meetings and presentations.
Working Conditions: - Office-based role requiring movement between buildings.
- May work in noisy environments.
