PH Wellness is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Treatment Center Therapist. We are located in hills above the orange groves in Riverside, CA and have established ourselves as a industry leader over the past three years. We are looking for a licensed lead or associate therapist with recent experience in a treatment center. This position is full-time and onsite 100%.

Our therapists work as an integral part of interdisciplinary care teams in providing holistic, personalized treatment programming to patients and families. Therapists foster a culture of compassion and care at our treatment centers, an environment where patients are able to build the trust, rapport, insight and skills they need to live free from alcohol and other drugs.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field

- Valid state license or associate pre-license to practice as a Therapist. MFT, PCC or MSW.

- Experience in crisis management and patient care

- Strong understanding of mental health counseling techniques and theories

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines

- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems

Salary range is 70-100k depending on experience
