AV-Rated Insurance Defense Firm is seeking qualified trial attorney in the Orlando, Florida location. Prior trial experience is required, preferably in insurance defense. Strong, analytical and effective communication skills (verbal and written) are required. Senior defense attorneys that have experience in defending first party insurance litigation are ideal candidates and will be considered for partnership track.

Requirements: We are currently seeking exceptional attorneys with at least three years of trial experience, preferably in defense of first party claims litigation, and that possess:
- Active license in good standing with The Florida Bar;
- Excellent and persuasive verbal and writing skills;
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills;
- A commitment to the delivery of exceptional work-product and advocacy practice;
- Proficiency in technology and program resources including, but not limited to, all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web-based meeting and litigation management programs, electronic timekeeping and billing software;
- Experience in court proceedings, depositions, mediations; as well as litigation strategy planning with clients.
