Role: Oracle Field Service Lead

Drive design and implementation of prioritized Oracle Field Service modules for a client in Construction industry who has undertaken a massive multi-year multi-Oracle module transformation.
Key Responsibilities as a Contractor: (day to day of the role)
- Must have experience leading the solution and implementation of Oracle CX applications like Oracle Fusion Service and Field Service
- Should have experience in client facing roles and be able to serve as a liaison between client and build team(s) to guide design and delivery
- Must be able to leverage Oracle Fusion/Field Service expertise to facilitate requirement gathering/clarifications, guide backlog grooming, solution designs, and articulate business during sprint demo/feature demos
- Should be able to apply leading practices and challenge solutions to maximize OOTB capabilities and produce optimal designs
- Should be able to navigate and operate with large and complex multi-module/workstream Oracle implementations
- Must be able to a great team player with team delegation and client management skills
- Decent presentation/content/deck building skills and core consulting skills would be preferred
- Exposure to Construction industry would be preferred
- Experience implementing Redwood UI would be preferred
- Responsible for driving deliverables including configuration documentation, process flows, functional specs, test scripts, test execution and defect resolution.

Preferred: Exposure to CPQ and other Oracle modules; Redwood UI
