To assist members with their Credit Union membership needs. Provides expertise on establishing a new account. The goal is to establish new accounts with a service such as reoccurring ACH or a VISA/loan/etc. Required to learn about SFCU's various services such as shares, loans, and VISA products. Ability to learn how to open new accounts in Symitar and Opening Act and adhere to the new account checklist.

Responsibilities:

• To assist members with their Credit Union membership needs. Provides expertise on establishing a new account. Goal is to establish new accounts with a service such as a reoccurring ACH or a VISA/loan/etc.
• Will be required to learn about SFCU's various services such as shares, loans, and VISA products. Ability to learn how to open new accounts in Symitar and Opening Act and adhere to the new account checklist.

Qualifications:

• One or more years of similar office experience or related experience is required. A college degree is preferred, but not required.
• Must have the ability to sell and cross-sell Credit Union products/services.
• A significant level of trust, integrity and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
• Must be able to collect and analyze data and to make quick decisions after analysis.
• Must have the ability to foster sound relationships with members and in some cases with vendors.
• Must have good communication skills, both orally and in writing, and be detail oriented.
• Must understand basic finance calculations.
• Must be able to sell and build relationships.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
