Licensed Title Agent and Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15222

Pay Range: $95,000 - $115,000 (depending upon experience)

Schedule: Onsite 3 days/week, Remote 2 days/week (very flexible once fully onboarded!)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Pittsburgh law firm in search of a PA licensed title agent with commercial real estate paralegal experience. The ideal candidate is a real estate paralegal with their title agent license who has recently worked in a busy US law firm supporting commercial real estate attorneys. This full-time, direct-hire position offers a hybrid schedule to work remotely 2-3 days per week and will be very flexible upon successful onboarding!

Typical Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review closing documents and settlement statements
• Coordinate commercial closings and post-closing activities
• Order title and conduct research on title issues regarding commercial properties
• Resolve title issues
• Conduct ALTA surveys
• Work with underwriters
• Conduct document review of deeds, mortgages, and easements

Required Qualifications:

• PA Licensed Title Agent
• 3+ years of Commercial Real Estate Experience
• Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $95K - $115K, DOE
