Qualification:

Looking for BA with 3 years supporting SAP users in manufacturing, quality and plant maintenance.

Their group focuses on systems and solutions.

Preferred if someone knows how manufacturing modules look in SAP.

Make sure systems are validated following guidelines, maintain systems, documentation, validate for changes.

1st level support – try to fix them or if training related, they look for the material. Escalate anything they don’t know.
