We are seeking motivated and dynamic Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter, you will be critical in sourcing, recruiting, and placing highly skilled candidates with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients are staffed with top-tier healthcare professionals while providing a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Essential Functions
- Professional communication within a team, both internal and external
- Collaborate with team members to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Accountable to identify, qualify and submit candidates in a timely manner by using proactive sourcing and recruiting techniques including but not limited to job boards (including diversity, industry, and military-focused sites) as well as Boolean searches, referrals, social media, database mining and networks
- Screen candidate resumes against requisition criteria; interview candidates when required to determine suitability for role • Pipelining activities for “hard to fill” roles or for roles that Hire Velocity regularly receives requisitions • Maintain applicant process flow (resume tracking) through designated (client and/or HV) Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in “real time”
- Thorough and accurate documentation of all business records is a must (spreadsheets, folders, websites, documents, ATS)
- Mandatory attendance of internal and/or client meetings as scheduled; on camera presence as directed
Education and Professional Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ years full cycle healthcare recruitment experience in either a staffing agency or RPO environment
- Must have exceptional communication, organization, time management and customer service skills
- Must be technology savvy; proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite a must; social media tools and applicant tracking systems required

Expectations and Hours of Work
- Full life cycle recruiting
- Adherence to client Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monday through Friday, 8 hrs. day/40 hrs. week or as business needs dictate
Compensation
- base + monthly commission
