JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global has partnered with a growing divorce law firm that is seeking to hire a remote Divorce Attorney. While the position is remote, candidates must live in central Florida and live within a few hours of the Orange County Courthouse because they will need to go to court about 3 or 4 times per month.

A normal day will include client meetings, responding to calls & emails, drafting and reviewing documents, and collaborating with the other attorneys and paralegals at the firm. All work can be done remotely, but you are expected to make it to court when needed - potentially on short notice for hearings etc.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of legal experience with at least 5 of those years practicing divorce and paternity law.
• Accustomed to managing 30+ cases simultaneously.
• Barred in Florida.
• Proficient with drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• 25+ CURRENT/ACTIVE cases you can bring to a new firm.
