Highly regarded national law firm specializing in Labor & Employment matters is seeking an Employment Law Attorney to join their San Francisco office.
This attorney will focus on defending clients in single and multi-plaintiff actions in court and arbitration, defend employers in a wide range of employment litigation matters, and advise on a wide range of California based employer issues. This position offers the opportunity for frequent and direct client contact and the chance to take your practice to the next level with a wide range of world-class clients.
The requirements for this position are a minimum of three years’ experience in labor and employment matters, excellent communication skills, and of course license to practice in California or be willing to sit for the next exam.
In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this position is between $220,000 and $287,500. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. The firm may also consider a hybrid work arrangement if necessary to meet the employees’ needs.
