Our Client is a well-established law firm dedicated to providing high-quality legal services in insurance defense, civil litigation, and corporate matters. They are seeking an experienced Remote Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, property damage, and general liability Claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, general liability, and property damage claims.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations (virtually or in person as needed).

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 1 + years of insurance defense litigation experience (personal injury, general liability, or property damage preferred).
