Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and development of mechanical systems for Robotics & Automation products. This role involves solving complex design, manufacturing, and field challenges, ensuring seamless transitions from engineering to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype complex mechanical assemblies
• Conduct DFM, tolerance stack-up analysis, and FMEA
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
• Lead design changes, BOM management, and ECR/ECO processes
• Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams
• Support manufacturing, supply chain, and product quality improvements
• Collaborate on new product development and field issue resolutions
• Mentor and guide junior engineers
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and industry regulations
• Travel for customer support, field evaluations, and production launches
