Primary Skills:
- At least one year of litigation paralegal experience
- A paralegal certificate, JD, or currently attending an accredited law school, with 1 year completed
- Familiarity with eDiscovery tools and electronic litigation support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and automated litigation systems
- Strong skills in legal research, document review, and case organization
51218 – Litigation Support and Case Management (Baltimore, MD only)
- Focuses on trial preparation and case documentation.
- Responsible for managing case files, indexing legal documents, and tracking deadlines.
- Assists in privilege reviews, exhibit preparation, and legal filings.
51220 – Fact Witness Coordinator (Baltimore, MD OR Greenbelt, MD)
- Dedicated to witness coordination before, during, and after trials.
- Manages witness scheduling, travel arrangements, and reimbursements.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for witnesses, handling logistical and administrative needs.
- Prepares and submits witness vouchers and travel documentation.
51221 – Litigative Case Management (Greenbelt, MD)
- Involves document review, trial support, and case strategy execution.
- Prepares legal templates (subpoenas, liens) and organizes discovery evidence.
- Requires eDiscovery and ESI tool proficiency.
- Supports attorneys with courtroom assistance and document indexing
Responsibilities:
- The paralegal positions support the legal team in litigation, case management, document review, and witness coordination. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting attorneys in case file management, legal research, and document preparation.
- Preparing, indexing, and maintaining discovery materials and trial exhibits.
- Managing electronic databases and eDiscovery tools to organize case-related information.
- Conducting legal research using LEXIS/Westlaw and preparing memoranda.
- Reviewing documents for privilege and responsiveness.
- Supporting trial preparation, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Communicating with internal teams, witnesses, and external legal professionals.
- Ensuring compliance with FOIA, subpoenas, and document production requests
Qualification:
- A paralegal certificate, JD, or currently attending an accredited law school, with 1 year completed.
