Job Description
A client of Insight Global’s is seeking a Technical Writer for a remote role, with monthly onsite visits in Middletown, PA. Responsibilities include creating and updating knowledgebase articles in ServiceNow, conducting interviews with technical staff, and writing user guides, FAQs, and video tutorials. This person will also be collaborating with internal teams and testing documentation. Experience in service desk environments is a plus.
