·      Perform the administrative and operational functions supporting the buying process.  This includes assisting with new style set ups, maintaining current style system settings, creating trackers for photography, upcoming buys and upcoming launches. 

·      Partner with manager to reconcile inventory between multiple channels and recommend adjustments where needed, including identifying large quantities of slow-moving inventory. 

·      Establish working relationship with Web Team to review upcoming launch files, line sheets and system settings to ensure consistency and correctness of prices and products across all channels.  

·      Become point-person between retail store team, management and wholesale team. This includes receiving allocation requests from stores, inputting replenishment orders into proper systems, all points of the Return Authorization process and recommending styles based on RAs to wholesale for off price sales.
