Summary:
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of linen processing operations, including product quality, distribution, supply chain, engineering, customer service, and employee development. Ensuring timely and high-quality service to customers is a top priority. This role requires a strong focus on safety, team development, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

- Value Stream Mapping (VSM): Identifying and eliminating inefficiencies in processes.
- Theory of Constraints: Recognizing and addressing bottlenecks to optimize productivity.
- SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die): Reducing changeover times to improve flexibility.
Performance Metrics:
- Operational Efficiency: Machine utilization, downtime reduction, and throughput optimization.
- Quality Control: Defect rates, customer complaints, and compliance with service standards.
- Financial Performance: Cost per unit, ROI on equipment investments, and profit margins.
- Customer Service: On-time delivery rate and customer satisfaction scores.
