Job Summary

We are seeking a Revenue Management Analyst who will be responsible for optimizing pricing strategies and revenue performance across Reliant Real Estate Management's self-storage portfolio. This role focuses on analyzing market trends, pricing data, and performance metrics to develop data-driven strategies that maximize revenue and occupancy. The Revenue Management Analyst will collaborate closely with the Data Analyst, Operations Team, and Asset Management Team to ensure cohesive execution of revenue initiatives and alignment with portfolio objectives.

  • Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the self-storage or real estate industry.
    • Strong understanding of self-storage industry metrics, market dynamics, and pricing strategies.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and revenue management platforms such as Veritec or Prorize.
    • Familiarity with self-storage management systems such as Yardi, SiteLink, or StorEDGE.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.



    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
    • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the phone.
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
    • Occasional travel may be required to visit self-storage facilities or attend industry conferences.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year – dependent upon experience and education
