We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Research Associate to join our Oncology Research team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing in vitro pharmacology assays to support the functional validation of lead molecules. They will also be expected to generate scientific technical reports to support Health Authority (HA) filings and maintain a high level of autonomy in the lab. Collaboration is key, as the candidate will foster strong, transparent relationships with both direct team members and cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cancer biology.
Required Skills:
Proficient in the following assays/techniques:
- Cell culture of tumor cell lines and T cells (PBMCs/PAN-T)
- Multi-color Flow Cytometry/FACS to analyze tumor and/or T cell antigen surface expression, binding curves, and receptor quantification
- T cell-mediated cytotoxicity assays using Incucyte/Sartorius and/or CellTiter-Glo assay systems
- MSD/Luminex assays for measuring cytokine production
Data Analysis/Acquisition:
- Proficient in FlowJo for FACS analysis
- Familiar with MSD data analysis
- Strong ability to analyze data independently and construct graphs using GraphPad Prism or Excel
- Skilled in presenting data and key findings in a clear and coherent manner using Microsoft PowerPoint
Required Experience:
- BS, MS or Ph.D.
- Experience: 1-3 years in Pharma or Biotech space
