Job Description:

The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and bookkeeping support to a dynamic owner-operator. They should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling financial tasks, scheduling, and document management.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping, including invoice payments and financial record-keeping.
  • Handle calendar management and schedule meetings.
  • Organize and maintain company documents and files.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and executive meeting materials.
  • Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in bookkeeping, administrative coordination, and scheduling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
