Reliant Group Management Construction Team Construction Analyst Position 

Reliant Group Management is seeking a highly qualified and motivated candidate to join our team as a Construction Analyst. The successful candidate will work with both the construction and asset management teams in connection with assets undergoing extensive renovation and repositioning. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate to launch his or her professional career in a highly competitive, sought after industry. Depending on interest and skills, this entry-level opportunity can grow into a larger role in either the Construction or Asset Management departments.

Job Description: 

Construction Team Job Responsibilities: 

? Manage construction draw workbooks and assist Project Managers and Director of Construction in preparing Bi-Monthly Progress Presentations to senior management.

? Work closely with the Project Managers and Director of Construction in managing all phases of construction projects, including but not limited to transitioning projects from acquisition team, project kick-off, assisting with design approvals, project scheduling, and managing third party consultants, including architects and engineers.

? Review and analyze proposed change orders for approval by PM or Director.

? Track and distribute change orders and other construction documentation.

? Manage insurance certificates, lien waivers and accounting procedures.

? Review contractor payment applications for accuracy.
