Description:

Greg Matthews Studio is looking for an experienced Architectural Project Manager to add to our team. Someone who is excited to be hands-on and involved in all facets/ phases of the project from conception to completion. And in the development of multiple unique high-end residential projects, with the ability to take a conceptual design and develop the assemblies, systems, and details through a collaborative process that results in a highly coordinated set of construction documents. Self-motivated leader with skills to independently work towards project milestones, with the ability to manage supporting team members, consultants, and clients, through the timely development of a project.

Responsibilities:

·        Create Revit models/ plans based on the Principal Architect’s conceptual design and develop the design through collaborating with supporting staff, consultants, and clients.

·        Handle the day to day operations and communications required to keep your projects on their respective timelines and ensure requested information flows seamlessly during construction

·        Problem solve designs throughout all phases of the project.

·        Manage support staff assigned to your projects

Qualifications:

·        Minimum 10 years of experience (preferably in private residential architecture)

·        Proficiency in Revit, Lumion, Bluebeam, and Adobe Applications

·        Accredited professional degree in Architecture

·        Ability to work fast passed, be organized, and meet deadlines

·        Communicate effectively with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors

·        Communicate effectively and work with Lead architect and support staff

·        Ability to handle the day to day of the project independently

·        Ability to problem solve and work through complex problems with your designated team

Salary 90k – 100k / yr
