Job Title: Marketing Program Manager – Engagement Marketing Execution Lead

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Job Summary:

Seeking a Marketing Program Manager to lead the execution of personalized Engagement Marketing campaigns for Cardmembers. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless integration of marketing strategies across multiple channels, driving engagement and card usage. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and adept at managing end-to-end campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution and management of engagement marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing creative, personalization, and integration with internal teams.
• Manage campaign requirements, timelines, approvals, and issue resolution.
• Maintain campaign records within marketing workflow tools to ensure compliance.
• Partner with Digital/Mobile and Email Strategy teams to analyze results and optimize campaigns.
• Ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience, adhering to rigorous control standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing Strategy, Email Operations, and Data Management, to optimize targeting.

Qualifications:

• Experience in direct or digital marketing.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Financial services experience (credit/debit marketing) or agency-side experience is a plus.
