About the Role:

We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Case Manager to join our team, specializing in motor vehicle accident cases . This individual will work closely with two attorneys , managing client cases from intake through settlement or trial. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide compassionate client support .

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management & Client Support:

?? Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing case updates and addressing inquiries.

?? Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they understand their case status and next steps.

?? Conduct client intake , gathering detailed information about incidents and injuries.

?? Schedule medical treatments and coordinate care with providers.

?? Manage and update case files , ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.

?? Assist attorneys with trial preparation , including organizing evidence, exhibits, and legal documents.

Investigation & Legal Research:

?? Conduct factual investigations , including obtaining police reports, witness statements, and accident details.

?? Review and summarize medical records to establish injury severity and necessary treatments.

?? Obtain and review insurance policy limits (UM/UIM, MedPay/PIP, liability).

?? Perform legal research on relevant statutes and regulations affecting personal injury cases.

Document Preparation & Compliance:

?? Assist in drafting legal documents , including settlement demand packages.

?? Organize and manage correspondence with insurance adjusters and medical providers.

?? Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all case-related processes.

?? Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines throughout case management.

Negotiation & Settlement Support:

?? Assist attorneys in settlement negotiations with insurance companies and opposing parties.

?? Prepare settlement demand packages and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.

?? Coordinate resolution of medical liens , including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance claims.

Qualifications:

?? Bilingual (English & Spanish) required .

?? Experience in legal case management or personal injury law preferred.

?? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

?? Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office.

?? Excellent communication and client service skills.

?? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
