Skye’s the Limit and Emaline are currently seeking a motivated Associate Designer to assist our senior design team with all aspects of design and development for multiple brands.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·        Assist in product development at all stages with senior design team, sketching in fashion illustrator.

·        Coordinate samples, check-in protos and sales samples, manage and track additional sample needs.

·        Create, maintain, and update sales board sheets and production charts.

·        Send out and follow-up on tech packages to vendors.

·        Manage and comment on all trim, lab dips, and fabrics.

·        Maintain all development and production books, daily filing.

·        Assist in research and development of seasonal trends.

·        Prepare trend boards for management meetings.

·        Adapt in fashion Illustrator.

·        Adhere to seasonal time and action calendar.

·        Serve as strong support for the Designers and Brand Director.

Minimum requirements:

·        BA in Fashion Design.

·        3+ years of experience in women’s apparel.

Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities:

·        Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

·        Proficient in MS applications including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, and Word.

·        Strong presentation and organizational skills.

·        Problem solving ability to meet deadlines.

·        Ability to communicate with overseas factories.
