Role Description

This is a part-time role (estimated at 28 hours/week) for a Contract Specialist. The Contract Specialist will be responsible for contract negotiation, reviewing and managing contractual agreements, and participating and overseeing contract fee assembly. Marketing experience is a plus. The applicant should be confident in representing our firm at networking events. This role is based in Denver, CO, but some work from home is acceptable.

• Experience in Contractual Agreements and Contractual Management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Previous experience in architecture or construction industry is a plus
