Role: Production Supervisor 2nd Shift (2:30 PM - 1:00 AM)

Job summary:

This role is responsible for supporting and optimizing manufacturing processes in a medium/high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities to maintain scheduled production requirements and ensure your team’s success. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical and hydraulic press operations, die set-up and maintenance, and will be a self-driven individual with leadership capabilities to provide coaching, mentoring, and supervision within a team setting.
