We are seeking candidates for a Lead Maintenance Engineer role with a 12-hour schedule and a three-day workweek. Compensation is between $65K-$80K with a 3% bonus and relocation assistance! What you'll do as Lead Maintenance Engineer:

• Oversee and guide the maintenance crew, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, and work towards minimizing downtime through effective maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems, providing solutions and guidance to the team to maintain optimal production flow.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and address any maintenance-related challenges that impact production.
• Lead efforts in completing scheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment is in top working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance logs, timecards, and downtime to track progress and improve performance.

What we need:

• Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team
• Understanding of mechanics and troubleshooting can be trained for the right individual
• Ability to write reports, provide clear instructions, and effectively communicate with both team members and other departments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
