Our retail client has a delivery division and is on a mission to bring on-demand delivery to cities and towns across the United States. We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team, someone who can simplify complex challenges into delightful solutions and turn tangled customer and business needs into actionable roadmaps.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead Product Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the product roadmap, identify and design product strategies, and collaborate with various teams for successful launches.
• User-Centric & Data Driven: Understand our users deeply, analyze feedback, and leverage data to drive continuous improvement.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Manage tech platforms with a foundation in Microservices, APIs, SQL, and work closely with engineers for timely launches.
• Innovation & Growth: Recommend ways to expand the product base and track user impact.
• Documentation & Communication: Produce product requirement documents and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering)
• At least 3 years of product management & UX experience and2 years leading product teams
• Experience in identifying, scoping, and executing critical projects
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong emotional intelligence and collaboration skills
• Experience with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) preferred
