The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market, products, customer needs, and competition. As a Senior Product Manager, you will take full responsibility for the success of our products and work across teams to ensure that our offerings meet the highest standards.

• Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for the LED industrial lighting portfolio, aligning with overall business goals, market trends, and customer requirements across global markets, including EMEA, APAC and the Americas.
• Continually analyze market data from industry sources to measure our competitive position and product success in the market and maintain database of competitive products. Understand customer needs, pain points and market trends.
• Work closely with R&D, engineering, and design teams to ensure timely and successful product development, including prototyping, testing, and scaling products for commercialization.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful product launches, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch support.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, continuously monitoring product performance and identifying opportunities for improvements or new features.
• Ensure products meet industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., UL, CE, DLC, etc.) for industrial lighting applications across global markets.
• Provide ongoing support to the sales team and customers, including product training, troubleshooting, and technical support as needed.
• Drive product specifications including performance requirements, target costs and prices.
• Develop content and implement product specs, datasheets, brochures, press releases, website information, labels, installation manuals and other documentation.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Design, Product Development, Business, Marketing or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management of electrical, opto-electronic, or electronic products.
• 5+ years of new product development experience.
• Strong customer focus and ability to drive strategic positioning within our core vertical markets.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and product timelines.
• Successful background in launching technical products and innovative, out-of-the-box thinking using entrepreneurial insight.
• Manage a product line as its own P&L with focus on revenue and margin attainment.
• Strategic planning, financial modeling, and creation of commercial partnerships.
• Analysis of global market demand, market share and value proposition of own products vs main competitors.
• Ability to lead product life cycle management from introduction through obsolescence.
• Organizational, communication and presentation skills a must with ability to communicate effectively with the sales team and channel partners.
• High energy, assertive and self-motivated to work in fast-paced environment with limited direction.
