Responsibilities :

• Oversee general maintenance tasks (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.)
• Manage work orders and vendor relationships
• Ensure unit turnovers, emergency repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain safety and compliance standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and lead your team effectively

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of apartment maintenance experience, 2+ years in leadership
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance knowledge
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
