Job Description:
- Administer medications and treatments per physician instructions.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' vital signs.
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and comfort.
- Update patient records promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate on personalized care plans with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on preventive care.
