We are looking for an experienced Associate Project Manager to oversee the successful management of designated projects, ensuring they meet all budget, schedule, and contractual requirements. In this role, you will coordinate all project deliverables and requirements across cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of projects. You will also proactively identify and address any risks that may impact project timelines or budgets. Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring all activities are coordinated and completed on time, within budget, and according to contract terms.
• Activities include RF design, product ordering, permitting, construction, optimization, site acquisition, and project close-out.
• Coordinate and manage external vendors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Develop accurate project plans and budgets for all assigned projects, modify them as needed, and direct the close-out of completed jobs, including documentation receipt.
• Lead internal and external deployment meetings to track project status and implement changes as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Attend customer deployment meetings to provide job status updates and resolve any issues.
• Ensure that accurate project files and documentation are maintained and distributed in a timely manner according to company and customer standards.
• Track all projects in a project management system with complete accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of wireless project management experience or 3-5 years of project management experience in any other industry.
• Experience managing project budgets or related financial tasks.
• Customer-facing project management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.

Other

• Advanced knowledge of telecommunications/wireless project management, asset management, tower maintenance, and property management.
• Expertise in Public and Private right-of-way project deployment, including regulatory and permitting processes.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction methods (e.g., civil, tower/rooftop).
• Experience in diagnosing workflow issues and critical paths, and implementing remedies.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and the ability to address financial concerns.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and process multiple data streams effectively.
• Knowledge of construction services related to Telco, power, fiber, vendor equipment, and antennas.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $34 - $44/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
