Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and implementation of financial plans for clients
Support the wealth planning team through financial planning research unique to each client
Make requests for updates to client documents, records, and information
Facilitate preparation for client meetings to include client communication
Assist in data gathering and data entry into software in anticipation of upcoming planning meetings
Monitor and update client Financial Plans as needed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
A passion for the wealth management industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint, with an emphasis on Excel
Must be highly organized, technically strong, and be an enthusiastic, effective team player
Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to self-start, take initiative, work collaboratively, and drive results
