Pay range: $80 – 90.11/hour on W2 (Depending on experience)

Shift: M-F 8AM – 5PM
Job Description:
Technical Program Manager responsible for leading teams in the development and productization of advanced software products and Knowledge Management systems for Lam’s Service Business.
Also responsible for maintaining and updating existing and new business process systems, software, hardware, and process architecture into a long-term stable/scalable set of systems to support engineers and customers located around the world.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop a strong understanding of business needs and be able to seamlessly translate them into requirements and user stories.
Direct work in program management and working with business development, product marketing, product management and technical teams will be required.
What You’ll Do Proficient ability in leading, running, overseeing, and directing medium/large programs and projects for internal and external end-users from discovery through maintenance and support:
Own the program manager responsibilities for the overall outcome and delivery of the program
Drive accountability reporting preparation and execution to stakeholders including executive management
Create strategies for risk management including contingency planning and risk mitigation for the programs/projects supporting
Planning and scheduling project goals, milestones, deliverables and dependencies
Identifying & solving project issues effectively, managing conflicts with local and globally distributed groups, escalating issues when required
Self-motivated & takes initiative: able to get integrated quickly with the company and find areas for improvement & support to add value
Actively listens, participates, and leads project team activities
Takes ownership of assigned tasks with responsibilities of instituting and participating in corrective actions to ensure closure / resolution. Able to make decisions appropriate within grade level and responsibility and escalates decisions in a timely manner that are outside of grade level
Experience in Agile Frameworks and methodologies such as SAFe
Ability to traverse the project, program, and portfolio tiers as well as make constant assessment of feature pipeline, work done and work quality to support decision making on release delivery schedule
Leads concept and feasibility for new methods, processes, software, or specifications leading to the resolution of complex problems
Responsible for detailed analysis, diagnosis and problem solving
Collects data, analyze results, generate reports, provide recommendations, and present findings to management teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills required. Able to draft communications to large audiences, and ability to communicate to executive level
This PM will run day-to-day program operations and projects for our field service-facing suite of Knowledge Management applications and Advanced Services products.
Must be a hands-on person who is a team player, not just a traditional PM.
Responsibilities and the overall outcomes and delivery of the program.
Be able to hold other accountable at all levels of the program.
Create and execute strategies for risk management and contingencies, as well as change management
Skills:
3+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management.
Must be able to travel up to 10% travel required to understand field user's needs and requirements
Proven ability to make decisions resulting in the successful implementation of technical process or operational changes
In-depth knowledge of business process development / controls and mapping work-item execution status to organizational objectives
Use of Jira/Confluence or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in or knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication, Semiconductor Equipment Operations, or related industries is a plus.
Knowledge of Program Management methods and experience in Product Development &Release (PDR) procedures.
Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology or certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) is a plus.
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
Expertise with project management software and tools including MS Project, QuickBase, Office Timeline, or equivalent.
Experience in Change Management methodologies is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience; or a PhD ; or equivalent experience.
